About The Studio
Welcome to Turning Tables!
It all started with Grandad’s rocker. Or was it Grandma’s bed?? Either way, a few years ago I found myself with a basement slowly filling up with inherited furniture, pieces that held sentimental value but just didn’t fit in with my décor. I started reimagining, refinishing, and finally using these pieces. By the time I ran out of my own furniture to re-do I was hooked. I love nothing more than finding a vintage piece that’s seen better days and bringing it back to life. Finding those diamonds in the rough is almost as much fun as making them shine. As my skills have grown I have added custom refinishing services so I can bring my clients’ cherished pieces back to life.
Turning Tables Studio was officially “born” when my husband, Eric, remarked how I am always turning beat up tables into beautiful furniture. I couldn’t do this work without his advice, input, and moving muscles. With our nest slowly emptying, I am grateful for the opportunity to find and pursue my passion. I can custom paint any furniture whether it’s yours or mine so take a look at the portfolios and don’t be afraid to ask any questions.

Fun Fact --- I started rescuing dogs long before I began rescuing furniture. We’ve fostered hundreds of puppies including our own two foster failures.
